    I visited your store with my partner and his niece. We purchased some snacks for our young niece who was feeling a little peckish. I asked the lady working (young Muslim lady who could barely see over the tills & had no name badge) at :pm if I could pay & scan my Greggs app, which the lady working allowed me to do. I asked her twice if the app went through when I scanned it, to which she replied yes and nodded on both occasions that I asked. If my colleague discount was applied when I scanned, then HOW was I charged the standard prices? What’s the point in promoting an app that staff across the company aren’t aware of whether or not it’s been activated and ready for the customers to pay. Service was terrible, one person on till with a line going out the door is ridiculous. Especially when the one staff member on till is having issues understanding BASIC ENGLISH.

    I am usually not the type of person to come online and make negative reviews about a store, but the service in Gregg’s is unbelievable, especially from a senior manager. I was in the store when I witnessed an encounter between a customer and the manager. Firstly, there was two queues, there was no system whatsoever which left things unorganised. People were coming from everywhere and on top of that there was only one worker present at the tills. This led to confusion between customers. What was upsetting to see was the behaviour of the manager, Anne-Marie. There was a pregnant lady in line waiting to order and I couldn’t believe how rudely she spoke to her. I couldn’t make out exactly what happened but all I heard the manager say to the customer “Get out!” and say to her colleague, “Do not serve her!”The customer hadn’t spoken in any particular way which it came off disrespectful. I can understand if someone is being difficult but the woman had done nothing wrong. From what I saw there was clearly an abuse of power. I’ve worked in stores like this for a long time and one of the first rules in retail is that you cannot refuse to serve a customer unless it’s for good reason. In this case it was not.I’ve never seen anything more disrespectful, people like her should not be in charge, if the store manager is that way, how do you expect the store to operate? Someone seriously needs to look into this.

    I was very pleased with the exceptional service provided by a particular staff: Dita. This was on Thursday rd January, . She was a very lovely lady, attentive and very informative with the current offers and new deals. I wish I was constantly treated with the same level of help she provided for me in other stores. If you see this, Thank you very much Dita!

    Really huge shout out for Nita she is amazing lady served me a nice warm food with good options of sauces and huge smile on face. Whereas, Another great place of Greggs! Menu keeps evolving to meet every budget and the range of products means there is something for everyone at any time of day!I personally love the great value coffee (gives pricier merchants a run for their money any time!) and veggies, which I somehow manage to add to all my orders! Just need to get long chairs to seat whereas it prefer more and more customers while having seating to have food.The points scheme is also fabulous and those points quickly add up to genuine freebies from the menu - but please add the option to buy a larger meal or subs with points
